Our contact at the store - Martin Nguyen was fantastic. We had mechanical problems with one of our 2 chairs and Martin was very responsive and made the replacement occur ASAP. Martin was always available and always came through. We love our new chairs that replaced a Lazy Boy couch that was NOT ergonomic. Martin suggested 2 different chair models for us that fit our body types the best. Spot on.
Frankie was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me updated on my order. Good experience for me.
