I learned a lot of valuable skills at Relevance. Gracie was a phenomenal counselor who was empathetic with great boundaries. Latifah helped me so much with guidance, med management and life skills. Chelsea was incredible at teaching and explaining DBT. The only pressing issue I had during treatment was difficulty receiving case management needs. This organization did nothing to help my son with a need for Mental support, they where quick to take $2,500 plus insurance for 11 days of group which we clearly asked for Medication management and 1 on 1 consulting in which Chris Vallecillo (Director) agreed he would do. After my son said he did not feel like he wanted to be alive they quickly sent him to the hospital and said he needs a "higher level of care" which means they do not know how to help him. This organization was instrumental in helping my daughter through her recovery from drug addiction.
