My experience throughout this entire process has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. At no point during the purchase process was any prior information disclosed regarding the condition of the vehicle. The online listing showed no defects whatsoever, which significantly influenced our decision to proceed with the sale. My husband purchased his very first brand new Silverado from Oliver and it was a fantastic experience! He really listened to our needs and met them.
