These guys sold me a car that obviously had some recall issues because it spontaneously combusted on January 1st 2016. When I asked about it they just lied. I am just very thankful I didn't have my children with me at the time. Don't buy any used vehicles here they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I, nor anyone in my family or network, will be buying cars here again.

Horrible service, Chevy 2012 Cruze has too may recalls, not a safe and sound car. I brought my vehicle to Reliable on 3 separate occasions, the service department could not fix my car correctly, the Cruze had about 4 or more safety recalls, the major one was the transmission that slips. I received a letter from Chevy a month earlier before taking the car in for the well known transmission issues, I had called in to schedule my service appointment many weeks in advance, thinking my car would be in good hands, I was very wrong... read more

This business is a shark tank. Do not go here as the managers are truly money hungry, heartless, and horrible animals. I went here a few weeks ago with my wife and kids and was met in the parking lot by an okay salesman. We found a vehicle we were interested in and he took us into a big bay office area with many desks. We sat in one of the areas, no walls. This place is all about making money and screwing over hard working people. I had a engine put in and was up there every month having something done to it. Then they had to tear it apart and covered it up in the paper work. Then finally the 4 piston quit firing and they said " well your warranty is up" and charged me $150 to get it out of the shop. They were suppose to put a engine in and it never ran properly. Had to sell the truck and the new owner said it looked like amateurs put the engine in. I wouldn't go back to this ... read more

Had a recall issue and figured I'd take care of another problem I had going on with a sensor warning at the same time. Took it in at night and did the key drop off, had a voicemail with a total the next day and ok'd the fix. When I showed up to get my car the total was over a hundred dollars over what the message had said. I told the woman handling it I had a voicemail with the total charges and she didn't want to hear it. Good service, but lies came into clear after buying my 2005 Scion XB. Love the car but my battery died two weeks later. They said they would give me a new one. Two weeks later the USED BATTERY died on me again and my mother is still waiting on a callback. I should've guess something was up when they didn't know the switch near my wheel. LOVE THE CAR, HATE THE LIES!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL! We made an appointment with the service department to make repairs on our 2015 Suburban. We were told they would have to order the part and installation would be 1- 2 hours. Since we don't live in Springfield, the day before our appointment we called to make sure the part was in and were told it was in. We have a 60 mile round trip, checked in with the service department 10 minutes early and went to the waiting room. Please don't do it they can talk the talk but can't walk the walk. This company hit my credit report17 times when I called them to fix it they did nothing. Screwed my credit up. Each inquiry is 10 pts each. Great business NOT. 65 k a yr did not sale New a car to me WOW.

Have gone in 3 times to get ignition recall taken care of, 3 really dumb excuses for why they couldn't do it. My husband called and made appointments all 3 times. Totally incompetent. I wish there was another gm dealer in town, they are just horrible.
