Just want to compliment your staff!! Michel was amazing! Your machine was down for a while before I got there so they were backed up. Michel explained that to me & gave me options. He made sure I knew it would take longer today & I chose to go ahead have it done anyway. He gave me a time frame & the technicians that worked on my car were a lot quicker than that. Michael Brown and Kevin Lutrell took awesome care of me and my truck. Michael is always a pleasure to visit with and he always has answers to my questions. Kevin did a great job on my repairs and did them fast. Buying again from Reliable will be easy given the care the service guys take of me.

I had some issues after a repair that wasn't their fault, but they fixed everything and I couldn't be happier. They were really great and up front about everything. I really appreciated how Mike the Service Manager and Tiffany my Service Advisor treated me and really took care of me. I also appreciated how they put the lead tech on the phone with me who was going to work on the truck. I felt a lot better knowing they took the issue seriously and made sure I was taken care of.
I typically avoid dealership service centers because they are expensive, can be difficult to work with, and nearly impossible to schedule for diesels. I recently purchased a 2023 GMC 3500HD from a dealership in Fayetteville and within 30 something days of owning it, I needed milestone maintenance done as well as a fair amount of warranty work.
