I drove out here to see my parents, I also needed tires. I called and spoke with Kevin I also made arrangements as well to get new tires. Went to my appointment that I set up (for tires) there was a little snag but with Kevin and Mike's great customer service they got everything taken care of. Im super happy and satisfied with all they did, im happy with the tires and when im back in Missouri again if I ever have any issues with my car I most definitely will be calling them up. The service I received was absolutely amazing! I live in Bolivar and I ran into Springfield to do some errands and my battery on my car was acting like it was not gonna start my vehicle when at one of my stops. I pulled into the service station at Reliable Chevy and they took care of me with a testing of my battery and a replacement within an hour and a half. They even shuttle me to a place to do more shopping while they fixed my vehicle up. The only reason I’m giving four stars is due to the price of the battery and labor. ... read more

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I purchased a GMC outside of Springfield and refuse to use the GMC dealer in town due to multiple bad experiences. I have taken my truck to Reliable for service and they are absolutely amazing!! Diana and Chris were so helpful.
