Nathan was very prompt on the spring for my garage door, and Kenny was extremely professional and, kind, and courteous. The people are Amazing! The Company is Fantastic!! Highly Recommend. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! GREAT JOB!!!!
Reliable Garage scheduled to come out same day, troubleshooted the problem, took extra time and care to maintenance the garage door, was knowledgeable, explained what was being done, professional, knowledgeable and customer care centered.
Service was excellent
We had an issue with opening our garage door and Tim was our technician. He was professional and personable, listened to our concerns and explained in detail what was going on and how he would fix it and got it done pretty quickly. We were definitely satisfied!
Tim, the technician came out, assessed the problem, was able to replace one piece of the door & ordered another replacement part, came back out 4 days later & got the door running better than before. Tim was very knowledgeable & provided friendly service, & was happy to answer questions I had about the door repair. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for repairs in the future.
