Bad business practices, lesser customer service compared to other Hyundai service departments. Charges 3% to use a credit card, avoid like the plague; disgusting to charge customers over what it likely costs them; particularly as car repairs can be costly as everyone knows. Came in for an oil change and possibly a tire change, I had limited extra time available. Dealership said with recalls they’d have the car done in two hours, still waiting over three hours later. While on vacation in Branson I had an object from the road put a hole in my radiator which caused me to needing immediate assistance from roadside that towed my car from Branson to the nearest Hyundai dealership which was Reliable Hyundai in Springfield, Mo. I was instantly put into contact on the phone with Ryan Keeton which from start to finish was with the very best customer service I have ever experienced!! Had my AC go out while travelling through on a road trip. They were able to get us in and get the issue diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the part on a timeline that worked for us but service through the diagnostic process was great.
I had to get a transmission replaced under warranty. The staff were able to get me in quickly, provided a courtesy vehicle during the repair, and kept me up to date on the repairs. I've dealt with several dealership service departments over the years, and this was by far the best experience. The employee that assisted me was Jordon, who was awesome to work with.
Trevor is awesome! We took our car in on Monday because the Motor locked up and by Thursday we were back on the road with a new motor for free. Thanks for the fast and reliable service.
