I had to get a transmission replaced under warranty. The staff were able to get me in quickly, provided a courtesy vehicle during the repair, and kept me up to date on the repairs. I've dealt with several dealership service departments over the years, and this was by far the best experience. The employee that assisted me was Jordon, who was awesome to work with.

I visited Reliable Hyundai under the impression that my vehicle was warranted under a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for a new engine. I booked my appointment days in advance over the phone with an AI chatbot. I specifically booked a TSB appointment for an engine replacement over the phone, and this appointment was confirmed via phone call with a real person the day before. Although my service has taken over an hour. The service manager, Najee Lee, was kind enough to visit with waiting customers. Jordon has been my POC and she is great . They do offer a shuttle service too.

Questionable service! Unfortunately, they're the only game in town for a Hyundai dealer. 3 years ago, I gave 5 stars. Witnessed a decline in their service department over the last few years. Communication Is definitely something they need to really work on, as they fail to return calls. Work also not completed in promised time frame. Importantly, this review is for the service department. By other RECENT reviews of their service department, it looks like other Hyundai owners share the one-star rating.
