I came in for a routine oil change, as well as tire alignment and rotation, for my 2023 Nissan Maxima. My service advisor, Ramon, went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process and offered some helpful service recommendations. He even arranged for a Lyft to ensure that I could attend my appointments and make it to work. We are approaching the sixth week they’ve had my EV with no communication after replacing a battery earlier this summer that took about two weeks. We’ve called and asked for updates several times, only to be brushed off and promised better communication, which hasn’t happened yet. Thoroughly unsatisfied and frustrated by the lack of a car and no communication as to its status. I arrived A half hour before my schedule time I was seen immediately I waited approximately an hour for my car to get an oil change. The only concern I have is I was told that the tire rotation would be $20 which I agreed to even if it should be included in the oil change but then I went to check out and it was actually $25. Not that five dollars is that big a deal but if you’re told $20 it should be $20 other than that my service was great.
Recent experience, with the exception of Nick, our service advisor, very problematic. Master mechanic diagnosis incomplete and costly. We bought our new Altima at this dealership. Car had a recent issue and was told it had been corrected; wrong! Promise to make right (at an additional cost) and have it prioritized and returned by today; wrong!! Very disappointed with service department at this point. Intend to communicate this fiasco with corporate Nissan!!!
Took my car in at the end of June due to my A/C not working. There was an issue with the radiator fan (which, according to Reddit, is a common issue in Rogue Sports), fuel pump, and coolant flush. They ran a diagnostic ($150) and found no other issues. Therefore, when my check engine light came on August 4th, I was a little surprised. They ran the diagnostic $$$ and found 6 things wrong.
