Great place. I needed a vehicle fast for a trip and they accommodated. Abdul is great. To the point and on your side. I had a wonderful trip. My Frontier is amazing. Many plans ahead.
I purchased my new 2021 Nissan Rogue from the Reliable Nissan Sales department, and have strictly only taken it to the Reliable Nissan Service department for all maintenance and repairs. A few weeks ago, my vehicle was displaying warning lights on the dash and it was due for its routine maintenance. Had an amazing experience with the service department at Reliable Nissan Service Center. Even though I didn’t purchase my 2026 Pathfinder from them, Kasadi and Nikki still helped me get my first oil change done completely free, which I truly appreciated. Koby was also extremely helpful throughout the service process and made everything smooth and easy. Took my car in for a relurn program to be done after I had a diagnostics done on it before taking it to them to make sure that the transmission was in good shape still the diagnostics came back is it just was a valve assembly solenoid so I replaced them aftermarket and therefore all it would needed was a relearn program from the Nissan dealership which I took it to them and they said they performed it but they still can't get my car running okay before this though it was driving okay before I did the new solenoids it wasn't ... read more
3/4/26 I scheduled an appointment due to recall and again they kept my vehicle overnight but this time Brandon in the service dept, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and actually explained what was happening with the car. Great service this time!!! I left my vehicle on a Thursday and didn’t get it back until Monday, only to be told that it was a sensor and because the code turned off, the part that the car may have needed would no longer be covered under warranty.
