I would definitely give a zero if I could. I went to reliable Nissan service center to replace my car battery, which was dead. They charged me for a car battery which was under a warranty; from 01/2024; by mentioning that we have to go by the original date of your first battery from 2021 when I bought my car because the battery which you got replaced in 2024 was already replaced under the first warranty period. I had a coupon for a 39.99 oil change plus wanted emissions. Charged my son 104.00 since he took in. I went back in the guy at counter states it's 39.99off oil change. I tell him coupon does not state 39.99 off. He tells me I've been here 4 yrs at that's what's he's done. I tell if that's the case my is my receipt is only showing 30.00 loyalty discount. Not 39.99. I finally had to speak to the manager.
