I would give them zero stars if I could. Initially they sold me a brand new car with a screw in the tire, then only wanted to patch the hole, until I I sisters on a new tire. The service department is beyond rude and could care less when issues arise……they caused an oil leak on my car and their solution was got me to have my car towed 180 miles to have it seen about. Ramon was very professional from scheduling my appointment to being the one to greet me when I arrived. The appointment took a little longer than expected, but for the most part things went smoothly. I would highly recommend RELIABLE NISSAN to service your Nissan.
Craig has sold us two used cars that have had many problems with them. He was suppose to send two referral checks to my mom being that she referred two people to him and get got them in cars and he never did. As long as you sign that paper work that’s all he cares about. I have dealt with many other car salesmen there and experiences have been great. I highly recommend going through someone else besides Craig. They also sold me a car with a bad battery and refused to replace it.
Ramon in service did a great job making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and had great communication throughout the process. He was polite and professional. Would recommend 10/10!
