Craig has sold us two used cars that have had many problems with them. He was suppose to send two referral checks to my mom being that she referred two people to him and get got them in cars and he never did. As long as you sign that paper work that’s all he cares about. I have dealt with many other car salesmen there and experiences have been great. I highly recommend going through someone else besides Craig. They also sold me a car with a bad battery and refused to replace it.
Ramon in service did a great job making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and had great communication throughout the process. He was polite and professional. Would recommend 10/10!
I had my purse stolen and I called the dealer to order a new fob. The parts guy (Alex I believe) took my vin number and said he would order it and that he would transfer me to service to make an appointment to pick it up and program it for after it came in. I spoke with service made an appointment for a week later. When I got there (after driving a half hour with an injured shoulder), I was told that the gob had never been ordered. I would definitely give a zero if I could. I went to reliable Nissan service center to replace my car battery, which was dead. They charged me for a car battery which was under a warranty; from 01/2024; by mentioning that we have to go by the original date of your first battery from 2021 when I bought my car because the battery which you got replaced in 2024 was already replaced under the first warranty period.
