Ramon in service did a great job making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and had great communication throughout the process. He was polite and professional. Would recommend 10/10!
I had a coupon for a 39.99 oil change plus wanted emissions. Charged my son 104.00 since he took in. I went back in the guy at counter states it's 39.99off oil change. I tell him coupon does not state 39.99 off. He tells me I've been here 4 yrs at that's what's he's done. I tell if that's the case my is my receipt is only showing 30.00 loyalty discount. Not 39.99. I finally had to speak to the manager.

Quite frankly my expectations were very low. I have dealt with dealerships on all levels of contact and was never impressed. HOWEVER from service manager to watching employees was an eye opener. Great company and they know it! No over selling no pressure and a service manager with integrity who values your time and money. FJL
I came in for a routine oil change, as well as tire alignment and rotation, for my 2023 Nissan Maxima. My service advisor, Ramon, went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process and offered some helpful service recommendations. He even arranged for a Lyft to ensure that I could attend my appointments and make it to work.
