I run a logistics hub outside San Antonio. Our asphalt lot had heavy wear from trucks. Guys from Reliable patched, sealed, and coated everything without shutting down our flow. They worked around our night shifts and even followed up after it. Great service.
They are uneducated on how to use equipment to make sure that they do the job right the first time they keep having to come back and rip up roads that they just finished and don’t know how to put the proper grade. We’ve been waiting on our sidewalks to be done for about six months now and they can’t because they had to rip up for driveway due to the wrong grade. if you’re city partners with them, just know it’s gonna be a nightmare
Have not used this company. My concern is the crew working off Virginia and Custer in McKinney 2/18/23 at noon. 3 men in the left lane with just a traffic cone protecting them. No warning they were there. The car in front of me had to swerve to miss them as did I. Hopefully everyone else sees them. Then about 20 yards up the the left turn lane was the work truck and trailer no lights on just parked in the turning lane. A representative came to our property in Bushnell Florida. We called the property owner to confirm that we do not want their services. And the young New York accent white salesman was very pushy and upset and wouldn't leave until we told him no again. Then he sped off the property with a child and farm animals present. He already entered our property pass a no trust passing sign.
Cut my family and I off twice on the road with open equipment. Get new drivers!!!!
