We had a broken drain from our master bathroom shower causing a flood in the dining room below. A representative came out the next day and walked my wife through the process (I was traveling at the time of the incident). He also worked with me to file the insurance claim and contacted the adjuster. The crew came out the next morning and began the remediation process.
