Very impressed with this company. We had an unfortunate situation with a major pipe being blocked and sewage water leaking into a downstairs bedroom. Reliable employees ******** ****** ******** Jeyson and *****) showed up quickly. They removed all drywall and carpeting that same evening and placed giant humidifiers to ensure moisture was removed to prevent mold. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of these employees in particular. Thank you!

We had a great experience. We discovered our ice machine had been leaking onto our hardwood floor and called Reliable Restoration for help. Our team, ******** **** and ****** were prompt, responsive and clear on our options. Drying was started same day and saved us thousands in floor damage. While having loud drying equipment in your house is never fun, we are happy with the service and result. Would absolutely use this company again for future urgent issues. We are homeowners in ********, ** with a finished basement.

They responded right away to my online inquiry and sent someone out within an hour. ****** was very helpful and thorough in explaining the plan and quote. They were able to quickly get ***** and ******* out who also did an excellent job setting up and were helpful with another issue we were having. Our project is not complete but so far I would highly recommend!

(Money stolen and I was told we have no proof his crew stole the money so he isn't reimbursing anything, even thought the company was the only people in my home) After a 12am pipe burst and flood, we called Reliable Restoration for help. They came out they next day and began working. First it was a company rep (Nathan)then after a van with 8 Hispanic guys came which was obviously contractors. I would give 0 stars if possible. We had an absolutely awful experience with a minor water leak. Was charged what equated to $300 / hour for work that was sloppily done. The Reliable team will attempt to create enough urgency around what are otherwise minor problems that you will open an insurance claim and they will fleece your insurance provider. We had major water damage to our home while we were on vacation. Reliable came immediately and cleaned out the debris, set up the fans and heaters and had the packers in to pack out our home and put our furniture in storage. The one star rating is a result of the reconstruction team who brought in unskilled laborers and spent ma y hours redoing the work that had been done incorrectly.
