Bill Sowers fraudulently used my credit card and then made empty promises to return my money when I called him out. When I attempted to rent a storage unit, Bill Sowers repeatedly told me he was sending me a rental agreement to sign and return immediately. My credit card was to be ran when we had a signed contract. He never sent the contract but he charged my card twice. I never stored a solitary item there nor put my own lock on the unit. Mr Joey and I and my family has rented storage unit from him for almost 5 years now and he has been very grateful to my family and understanding and never disrespectful to us at all their was times were.
