I have always experienced very helpful and kind staff at this location. We have had our car for 11 years and I have trusted them with my car every time they have done a great job. I’m always impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the amenities of the lounge or waiting room. I frequently get my car detailed through the dealership and it always comes back to me 100%. I am so thrilled that we are able to use the dealership regularly.
If I could do Zero stars I would. — this was the worst experience I’ve had with a shop in a long time. I came in because of issues with my automatic start and specifically asked about the front brakes. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. Later, they called to explain the issue and gave me a quote that included both the battery-related repairs and brake work. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but Austin in the service department really went above and beyond. He made sure I was informed and comfortable with every part of the process, and I never felt pushed into paying for services I didn't need. They kept my car overnight and provided me with a rental, free of charge. I was truly impressed with the competence and care of the team, but especially Austin. Thanks!
I brought my 2020 Outback in for just one service--to drain and refill the CVT fluid. Twice I told my service advisor not to flush it which takes twice as much of the very expensive fluid. But they ended up flushing it anyway and charging me for it costing me twice as much as it should have. The second problem I had was that I was waiting for the service to be done and was told that it would be an hour, an hour and a half tops. I had great service. My only complaint was that the lady setting up the appointment didn’t explain the appointment timeline or inform me how long the appointment was, that I was drop the car off for 2 hours or so and would need to get my car back and get home. They had car service for me which was great but no explanation for the whole time!
