I have used Reliable Subaru for service for 8 years and finally couldn’t take it anymore. I was looking for a consistent, reliable place to take my car for repairs, but that was not my experience. Besides the fact there seems to be a high turnover, which makes consistent service difficult but I just took my vehicle to a new place to verify the repairs Reliable said I needed, and they said they were unnecessary. I have always experienced very helpful and kind staff at this location. We have had our car for 11 years and I have trusted them with my car every time they have done a great job. I’m always impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the amenities of the lounge or waiting room. I frequently get my car detailed through the dealership and it always comes back to me 100%. I am so thrilled that we are able to use the dealership regularly.
If I could do Zero stars I would. — this was the worst experience I’ve had with a shop in a long time. I came in because of issues with my automatic start and specifically asked about the front brakes. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. Later, they called to explain the issue and gave me a quote that included both the battery-related repairs and brake work. We had a oil leak in our subaru and they did a very good job fixing it. Jonathan in service is very nice person.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but Austin in the service department really went above and beyond. He made sure I was informed and comfortable with every part of the process, and I never felt pushed into paying for services I didn't need. They kept my car overnight and provided me with a rental, free of charge. I was truly impressed with the competence and care of the team, but especially Austin. Thanks!
