Had a old drain pipe leak (corroded, resulting in a hole). Repair potentially a huge problem that could involve removing shower or kitchen sink cabinets to repair. We told Reliance that neither were good options as both recently remodeled. Alex saw a way to get it done by cutting relatively small openings in the sink cabinet and in the water wall in the basement. Minimal mess and we were back to normal in just a few hours, not to mention saving a lot of money! Thanks Alex and crew!

Thank you, Reliance! Broken sump pump with the rain we have had this year was a nightmare. I called today, they came today. Excellent customer service — keeping me appraised of the technician’s arrival time through phone calls and text. What a great experience. I will call on them for my future plumbing needs. Mike Santa came to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He did an excellent job and cleared the drain in a very short time. Mike is a very polite and courteous individual. If we ever need a plumber I future, Reliance will be our choice and hopefully they will send Mike to do the work.

Reliance Plumbing installed a flood control three years ago and since then I haven't had a single problem whatsoever. Since then I've also used them for other needs and there quality of service has been top notch. They arrive on time and are very dependable. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
