Nice kid who came by but was extremely not thorough for an initial treatment. Had to make him go all the way around the house. Had to ask him to treat the attic. Gave no indication that he was an expert. I’ve had Aptive and Home Team in the past and both were far more knowledgeable. Paying a $100 early termination fee was almost worth it to find people who know what they’re doing
They were good for a while. Last service the tech walked around the property for maybe 2 minutes then left. Didn't address the ant hills, the wasp nest, and did not spray. Sent multiple emails concerning this and was eventually told it was taken care of. Received an email telling me they were going to send me to collections. I responded with summation of the concern and that I was not paying for a service that was not provided. The company's response "Not a problem. Hired Reliant Pest Control for a bi monthly service. Also inquired about having my houses weep holes plugged with copper. They gave me a quote for 200.00 which seemed fair. The workers came out and got approximately 1/4 of the house completed and ran out of copper. They said they would be back the next day. Here is the kicker, they charged my credit card prior to the work being completed. The next day arrives, and I get a calm the worker forgot the copper on his truck. I am so pleased with the customer service you provide. I called with an issue with tiny bugs on my kitchen counters. You were able to get someone here the next morning! The young man that provided the service was knowledgeable and explained what they were and how they were getting in. The next day they were completely gone!
I dont like the service and treatment to customer . They did not delivery the service as promised . Had to request 3 times to install rat bait box but still service is not done . Asked front office to make sure they should not spray on my herbs and plants and they clearly ignored it as that notes was not at all updated in my request . but later once i told tech they followed my instructions .
