Absolutely hands down best customer service you could ask for. Across the board from the technicians, to front desk, to management. They are so kind and work with you the best that they can and are very consistent with who comes out to your home which is a big win when you have a weird property and dogs. First off, we were hard pressed to find a company that did pest inspections in apartments. When we called Reliant we were at a loss, and frustrated. They were able to schedule us right away! Bryan came in a did our inspection. As a woman I felt completely at ease with him. He was super friendly and though our apartment claimed it was treated, he found LIVE SPIDERs hiding under our baseboards only in our room(which he told us most people do not spray in a rooms-eek! however Reliant does).
