As their name would imply, they are reliant to always give fantastic service. They use good products, the office follows up on extra service calls, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. We recently added the quarterly termite protection plan. Our tech, Chance, was thorough with the inspection and very articulately answered our questions. Thanks Chance and thanks to Reliant Pest Management for taking care of our home.
Renee Jones was the first person I spoke to and she was amazing to work with! From the first call, she was friendly, patient, and super helpful. Bryan Lamothe always outstanding service. Bryan goes above and beyond for the service provided at my residence. Absolutely hands down best customer service you could ask for. Across the board from the technicians, to front desk, to management. They are so kind and work with you the best that they can and are very consistent with who comes out to your home which is a big win when you have a weird property and dogs.
