Ever since this new company bought Relivus things have drastically gone down hill. I called out an appointment because I was ill BIG MISTAKE! The call center (in the Philippines) the employees are clueless and lie. The medicine department neglected to call in my pain meds after calling them twice! On Friday before new years eve so I had to wait until Tuesday You are not and cannot go without it .Next they are clueless about my copay and argue that I don't have one then get build for more than it was called billing but there... read more
