This was the second project we did with Remaster Renovations. Once again, Tim and team did a fabulous job! The first was a large renovation of our kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring. This time we needed to convert the basement bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. Not only were the results great, Tim made sure to create as little disruption as possible. Working with Tim and RR was an awesome fit. Found him on Google and wanted to see if he'd bid a job. This wasn't a simple job. 24" 30 ft LVLs--4 of them because that's what the engineer said we needed to take down the load bearing wall that went down the middle of the house. These suckers were 400 lbs each. Tim came in with a very reasonable bid and stuck to it, even giving me credits where the work ended up being less than planned. Yay! Tim Jennings redid my garage fixing 80 years of sloppy diy mess, lousy lighting, holes in the drywall and a depression in the floor. We insulated it, replaced the warped doors (one only 18" wide so enlarging that opening too). And then he turned a useless space behind it into a weather tight, usable room. All for a fair price, on time and no surprises.
Tim and his crew at Remaster Renovations are top notch. They showed up everyday on time, and were very professional during the entire job. The work they completed for us exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using them for our next project!
Tim and his team were great. Communication and execution was exactly what I was looking for. Would use again.
