My wife was a first-time patient at this clinic today. She had a one o'clock appointment, which means the staff was back from their lunch break with no patients, and the exam room, one would draw a conclusion from it. We arrived early as requested. After having a less than ideal rheumatologist experience elsewhere, Remedy Rheumatology was a breath of fresh air! Dr. Christensen and her team are so professional, competent and polite and have gotten me on a treatment plan that has been exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
Dr. Christiansen was rude and dismissive. Continually asked during appointment if I was mad knowing I was in severe pain. She prescribed medication I told her I was in fear of being reactive too. She did not care and was not empathic. Her husband didn’t care that my pain was causing heart rate over 130 and that my insurance approved for payment for injections. They wanted their $150 dollars after I paid $50 copay. Refused pay arrangement and told me to hit the er. AWFUL COMPANY that has lawyers calling about reviews
Dr. Christensen is great and provided excellent care to me. She is very emphatic and thorough in her explanations and treatment. Really appreciate a doctor who’s knowledgeable, caring and genuine. Not only that, but her office and staff are all great. I highly recommend her!
So happy I found Dr. Christensen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and really takes time with you and listens to your concerns. She has addressed my problems and after a couple of visits I’m feeling so much better. Wish there were more Doctors like her.
