A big shout-out to Carol, the conceirge (the Centre, Burnaby). My tenant moved out and I urgently need to know if the tenant had any outstanding by-laws infraction fines. Carol was quick to reply to my email inquiry. She also double check if there's any instruction from the council to issue any fine against the tenant to cover all the bases. Carol is amazing and very helpful! We have successfully booked the meeting room and she did a detailed tour with me. She response my call and assist me in person! I can't find anyone better
Actually one of the worst property management companies I’ve had to deal with. If you’re dealing with Kevin Middleton, good luck ever getting an update on any ticket you submit, unless you call a million times yourself and get some shred of an answer from the receptionist. Poorly run and terrible customer service, happy to take your strata fees though. Zero stars for this company if I could.

She is always incredibly kind and helpful, and I truly admire how she consistently checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly and that there are no issues.
