Amazing staff The apartments are great. If something went wrong the maintenance guys were always there the same day or the following day and fixed the situation. There were two times i had an issue with my rent and the staff worked with me with the situation. Usually apartment staff do not care but the Renaissance staff did. plus for the staff to know you by name when they rarely see you is amazing. I'm glad i chose this place when i moved to Arizona.
Renaissance Apartment Home Living This is the perfect location for students looking to rent while attending ASU West in Phoenix, Arizona. The Renaissance is located across the street from ASU West. Although perfect for students, also excellent for family living. Pets are welcome and there is a community dog park located on the property.
