After working in property management for years myself, I am very surprised by the high rating at Renaissance Place; where I have lived for three years. Other residents are correct in saying the apartments “look” amazing, but it is all surface level. The functionality of the apartments, common spaces, and management are terrible. What appears relatively nice from a quick glance on the outside and a tour of a unit or two is hiding poor upkeep, poor management, and poor construction. I have lived here for near three years now and the situation has only gotten worse over time. First and foremost, management is impossible to get a hold of. Their office hours are scarce to nonexistent, and they are bad at answering phone calls. They will intentionally ignore your calls--try calling from an alternative phone line, i.e. a work phone. Lived here for two years. Loved the apartment. However the leasing office and maintenance has exceptionally slow response.
Renaissance Place is beautiful. The layout of the apartment is beautiful, the location and views are beautiful, and the staff are beautiful people as well! I’m taken care of so well and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some beauty in their life!
Sunset views are incredible out on the balconies facing west! Spendy rent though, must be because it's in Bountiful.
