We’ve been in J building for a year as of yesterday. I reported that there might be a leak come to find out the entire J building is leaking. That’s fine. They are requiring everyone move out. We were in a controlled 5x10 at $79 a month never been late and paid ahead. Instead of putting their “paying customers” in an another unit at the price that they are currently paying we have to pay more for a unit. Those damages though out the roof aren’t our fault. I dealt with Patricia Agurian when setting up my unit. She was polite very easy to work with and highly informative. She made my experience. Highly recommend dealing with her.

I was recently messaged that my account was in arrears. I had paid on time. Fortunately for me, Kai answered my call. Sweet as could be, she patiently took care of the problem for a very upset Senior citizen. She never lost her cool and went out of her way to let admin know of the glitch in the system. She was efficient, cooperative, and courteous. … a stellar employee!

Yes, I spoke with Mary Anne at renegade storage because of I needed to delay my payment till the 27th but anyway she was very helpful. Told me everything I needed to know and skit and made a note so I wouldn’t lose my storage. Maryann was great. She’s bravo renegade storage for hiring people like that.
