The facility was well organized and kept clean. In the twelve months that I rented space, I called once to tell them that the HVAC system was not working correctly. They addressed it immediately. I would rent space from them again without hesitation.
Patricia was amazing! I had so many questions! She answered everything professionally, patiently and politely. She helped watch me through all the forms I needed to sign online and I was having difficulty with my internet speed. She had extreme patients with walking me through all the documents. I 100% believe she is an awesome asset for your business!
Very happy with Renegade storage! Ruth called to tell me that when they did their weekly check they found that my storage unit had been locked open! Luckily when we got there a couple of days later, nothing had been touched. They are also much more affordable than the last storage space we rented. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service, very helpful. Feel I have to add something to this review....I accidentally screwed up the star rating part and it displayed one star which I did not notice.... Well, got a call later this afternoon from you all asking if there was anything I was unhappy with or they could do to make it right seeing only the one star marked and I was impressed, as well as apologetic for my marking it wrong...I had ONE job.....lmao. Thanks again for everything, highly recommended!
