Patricia A. was so helpful when I needed to reserve a storage unit over the phone. She patiently answered all of my questions about security, access and current specials. When I told my husband, he decided that he needed his own rental unit. Thanks Renegade!

Yes, I spoke with Mary Anne at renegade storage because of I needed to delay my payment till the 27th but anyway she was very helpful. Told me everything I needed to know and skit and made a note so I wouldn’t lose my storage. Maryann was great. She’s bravo renegade storage for hiring people like that.

We’ve been in J building for a year as of yesterday. I reported that there might be a leak come to find out the entire J building is leaking. That’s fine. They are requiring everyone move out. We were in a controlled 5x10 at $79 a month never been late and paid ahead. Instead of putting their “paying customers” in an another unit at the price that they are currently paying we have to pay more for a unit. Those damages though out the roof aren’t our fault. The facility was well organized and kept clean. In the twelve months that I rented space, I called once to tell them that the HVAC system was not working correctly. They addressed it immediately. I would rent space from them again without hesitation.
