When purchasing from Renew Digital, other big name equipment sellers told me to beware of the service I would receive and that you get what you pay for. I've had a great experience with service recently that I had to come here to share. The machine that we originally purchased was having problems that several service techs could not fix--so Nathan with Renew Digital let me know that he would replace the machine completely. My experience was terrific! From start to finish there was plenty of support, Jessica was there to answer any questions that came up and made sure I got all the needed documents for installation. What can I say about the installation, Kevin was the man, not only did he get everything up and running, but gave a very comprehensive tutorial. Post installation support also makes me very happy I went with Renew Digital for my Gendex HD 500.
