I just completed my consultation appointment. I was seen quickly and was made to feel very comfortable. All of my questions were answered along with professional recommendations and explanations of procedures. It was a good experience making it easy for me to make my decision to proceed.

really poor experience. Seems like a RIPOFF SCAM place. My wife wanted a procedure done to remove some small warts around her eyes. I asked them if we needed to go through insurance. the lady said NO. its cosmetic. They charged me $50 for a consultation (we were told that fee would be applied to the procedure price of $165 per half hour). On the day of our appointment the consultation lasted 2 MINUTES. Dr Hu and her staff are the Best! Knowledgeable, attentive and very kind. It is a win, win to choose your skin care needs with them. I Love that they keep track of me with pictures over the years, to compare too.
I’ve been to my share of Dermatologist. I was referred to this location. The waiting room was in full mode of pushing patients through the system. I was taken to the exam room with the usual “it’ll be just a few minutes” offered. Over an hour later, my vitals were taken and another 30 minutes later the Doctor came in, talked fast without taking questions and left.
