The receptionist seemed bothered by my presence, barely acknowledged me as I stood waiting and was short with me once I got help. Crazy because was the same exact experience next door with receptionist for Specialist in Dermatology (they share an interior door), they referred me to renew360 for my cosmetic concerns. Fantastic, especially Don. I went in to have some bumps removed. Then I decided to have a cosmetic consultation. I went in and the person was very pleasant. However, I never met the Dr. I am considering a neck lift. I would like to suggest that the Dr meet people who come in for a consultation. Just for a few minutes. I do not feel comfortable having surgery from someone I never met.
Peaceful, comfortable, almost Zen-like atmosphere. Caring, knowledgeable staff. I've only had suture-removal so far, but Marisol talked about caring for my 63-year-old, sun-damaged skin with personal attention while carefully but effortlessly taking out my surgical stitches.
It could have been just me and the aging process since I frequently have a hard time remembering things. However, in this case, I felt there was an additional language barrier between me and the nurse/tech during my consultation. She tried (with grace) to answer many of my questions re: "non-invasive" facial procedures (and prices) but I was hoping for a more personalized opinion and evaluation. I have received services from Renew 360 for over 2 years. I have received laser treatment, radiofrequency treatment, and fillers. Overall, I feel the treatments have corrected sun damage and decreased wrinkles. My skin looks healthy. I have received excellent services from Seline who is the technician I have seen. I have a membership with Renew that gives me skin care services every 3 months and a 20% discount on services and products. I plan to continue my skin care treatments with Renew 360.
