I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic. About three weeks ago, I visited for a cosmetic procedure. My initial impression was positive, the doctor was kind, and the front desk staff was welcoming, which gave me high hopes. However, my experience quickly went downhill. After the procedure, I noticed my eyebrows looked distorted, and there were noticeable irregularities on my forehead that made my face appear uneven. This is an awesome place to go for all your cosmetic needs or wants. Dr Hu and her staff are the best. Very kind and professional. Everything is so clean and they make you feel very comfortable
Fantastic, especially Don. I went in to have some bumps removed. Then I decided to have a cosmetic consultation. I went in and the person was very pleasant. However, I never met the Dr. I am considering a neck lift. I would like to suggest that the Dr meet people who come in for a consultation. Just for a few minutes. I do not feel comfortable having surgery from someone I never met.
Peaceful, comfortable, almost Zen-like atmosphere. Caring, knowledgeable staff. I've only had suture-removal so far, but Marisol talked about caring for my 63-year-old, sun-damaged skin with personal attention while carefully but effortlessly taking out my surgical stitches.
