I had the best experience at Renew360! The staff was super friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. The called me up to my appointment immediately. The V-Beam Laser was basically painless and quick. I will recommend friends and family.

I'm very unsatisfied with Dr. Hu's work. I've had Botox done for years and never had to go back for a touch up. The lines between my brows were still there after a month, so i went in for a touch up (after spending $390). They said they could add more but would only give me a 10% discount. It should have been free to correct what she should have done to begin with! I've now had 3 HydraFacials at this location. Rebecca is wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and has great service. The first 2 we're with her, and I've requested her as a provider. When I called to schedule my last appointment, they failed to mention it was with another provider, Seline. She was friendly enough, but certainly not as thorough. While each step was done, only half of my forehead got one of the steps, I called her on it, and she assured me she did. The other steps seemed like she was just trying to rush through ... read more
