From measuring to completion I have been impressed by the professionalism of Renewal by Andersen. Along the way I had regular updates from the office on the timeline and the procedure. I appreciated knowing that I could save my labor by pre-staining and sealing the trim boards on the outside of the house. The crew was very neat, quiet, efficient and concerned that I knew what was going on. This was not an easy job because it involved removing a bay window from a log home. This was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. The salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The company regularly communicated dates and reminders. The construction crew was very professional and friendly. Davyd, Paulo, and Igor, (W15), did an excellent job. They were very respectful and careful of our home and did an exceptional job cleaning up when they were done. The customer service is unbeatable. Julian and JJ were so professional and friendly when they installed my kitchen windows, also, the tech that came and took measurements was so nice and even offered great tips for our kitchen remodel that saved us a lot of money!. Thank you Renewal by Andersen for an awesome experience. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Ina year planning on using Renewal by Andersen for my patio windows too and can't wait! Windows are beautiful! What a difference they made in our home! Service was top notch. Very professional. Ston and Ruslan P and Ruslan K were nice to work with. Hard to even tell I had three guys here working all day. The are no nonsense and work really hard.
