the sales rep jake was very professional and all the schedulers were fantastic to work with and for the installers they were on time very polite when arrived these three gentleman were great to work with they did a awesome job and when we our ready to do the next 5 windows i want the same crew if there still there and when they finished the job you could not tell they even worked around the house on the inside and outside thank you

Scheduler called to see if my time slot could be pushed back - there was another job that was taking too long. That was fine. Despite being late to the rescheduled time (5-10 mins) the representative was lovely, and patient with me as I had my daughter and she was being rather precocious. However, when I had rescheduled the time I had let the individual know I wouldn't have the full expected 90 minutes available - she would let the rep know.
