The professionalism, quality of the workmanship and attention to detail were amazing. I could not believe how much work it was. The team of workers, Avetik B, Ruslan K, and Uri Y all worked their butts off. They stayed late into the evening to finish the job and to get it done right. I am so thankful to them. I LOVE my new windows. I would highly recommend them.

Our whole experience with the Anderson window renewal crew was very pleasant. From the salesman to the installers everyone was extremely helpful and respectful of our home. All our questions and concerns were addressed. The finished product looks great, we are very happy .

OK, it's only Day One, so I'll revisit this review if things change, but so far I am very happy with my new Andersen windows! Terry & Josh showed up this morning exactly when they said they would, did a walk-around with me to discuss how the job would unfold, asked if I had any questions and gave me an estimate regarding when they thought they'd be done. the whole process went very well. The timeline worked out as detailed when we purchased and the installation went very well. Workers were very efficient and could hardly tell that they were there after the work was done.

We had all 12 of our windows replaced, two sliders replaced, and two windows replaced with sliders. The team arrived early Monday, 5/13/2018 and worked through Thursday, 5/17/2018. The windows were the top of the line, replacing what now seems like junk. The team, Boris, Nick B. and VitaliyBoroda were top notch professionals who were obviously craftsmen of top quality. I had an excellent experience with RBA. I had to replace 14 windows in my house, and I was a little nervous because nation-wide, the reviews are not so great -- but it's clear that the Portland crew is amazing. Uriel, John H. and Jose were very professional, cordial and accommodating. I could not be more pleased with how quickly and without any problems they installed all of those windows. Less than 48 hours! Thanks RBA, my house looks great now!
