Viktor was very efficient and installed the replacement screen quickly. I appreciated that he was considerate enough to wear booties before entering the house, and he made extra effort to explain every aspect of the operation.
We are so pleased with our Renewal By Anderson windows that we asked Brian Wright to help us again with sliding glass doors. Brian was so patient and detailed orientated when going over all the benefits, models, and steps to getting the windows and doors. The windows are amazing and now we look forward to our doors.
We had all of our windows replace in our 108 year old house the first week of April 2023. Dustin Romania, Preston Gardner, and Nico Shupe III were our installers and they did an amazing job. They were all very professional, courteous, respectful, and hard working. They finished our job in record time and explained all the features once complete.
