Mark Weaver scheduled our consultation very promptly. When he arrived he was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. He really helped us to see the quality & value of the Renewal by Anderson line of windows. When we are ready for new windows we know who we are calling to make sure we get the best for our home.
Our install crew, Abisai and Olek?, were from the Bend office. They were very professional and did a great job. Ours was a rather difficult and involved installation. It was originally scheduled for 2 days but ended up taking 3. They didn't rush through the project just to get it done "on time" but took the extra time to make sure things were done correctly. They were very personable and a delight to be around.
I recently had an amazing experience with their Medford sales guy Mark! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and I never felt like he was pushy or impatient with me which meant a lot. I am working on a fairly large renovation and he was able to really talk me through my options and explain what I should expect and what he and Renewals by Anderson could do for me. If you need windows or doors couldn’t recommend more!!
It was a wonderful experience. Our representative, Mark was great. The process was thorough and comprehensive. I feel very knowledgeable about the products that we are going to receive.
