Me and my kids had fun writing a review for Rhino Tongol at Renter's Warehouse earlier today, and it feels good to post it tonight. My kids love that, ever since he and his team took over, I have a LOT more free time to spend with them and the rest of our family and friends. This past couple of weeks was a fantastic example. I owe Ronan Villena at Renter's Warehouse a review today. As soon as I finished talking to him and hung up the phone, my family let me know they're pretty sure I'd be grumpy with any client that reached out to me in the evening during a weekend. How did Ronan handle the weekend call? He was incredibly helpful and even tossed in some entertainment along the way. I purchased an investment property in Montgomery in Oct 2017 with the expectation of Renter's Warehouse finding a tenant, collecting the security deposit, collecting rent, and anything else property related. It is now the end of Nov 2017 and I still have not gotten them to do anything. For example, they are supposed to work with my insurance provider to perform a home inspection but they still haven't done it after 2 months.
