Owner is rude and doesn’t care about his tenets and so is management. There’s roaches and rats so often they have a biweekly exterminator come (not that he does much or comes when he’s supposed to) off leash dogs are aplenty and owners don’t clean up after their dogs.
Renshaw Apartments gave me a home when I didn't have one. GREAT neighbors....Mostly quiet neighborhood. Management was attentive....
It's rare to find an apartment complex that truly feels like home, but this place does. The neighbors are kind, the property is beautiful, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.
Our experience with the community and staff has been excellent during our stay here for more than three years. This apartment is a great option for anyone looking to move to the Chester area. They genuinely make you feel at home with their warm staff and prompt maintenance service. Unfortunately, we bought a house, so we had to shift from here.
My stay at Renshaw was very pleasant and affordable experience and the location was perfect for my job site. I have no complaints. They treated me with respect and took care of all my issues with the apartment when I made request concerning certain issues.I would recommend this place because it’s a nice area and place to live.
