Landlord is amazing they seem to actually care about their tenants and not just rolling over the apartment to get a new person in. Maintenance on property comes right away when there is issues and pest control comes every other week. There's a lot of yard space for my two dogs and most people keep their dogs leashed and clean up after them.
Everything seems very good to me for Renshaw Apartments. I like greenery around the campus in summer time. Also ventilations are proper for the apartment area.

The room space is quite generous, making it easy to arrange my furniture and still have plenty of room left over. I like apartment.
