Don’t rent from these thieves! Ordered a chair online approved. I call the manager after 2 weeks of no answer on this chair and she says I’ll call you back. It’s been 2 weeks! Still nothing. When I called customer service they told me they can’t refund my 12.99 for benefits plus cause my account is closed? I never closed my account and why am I paying for something I never received? Horrible service, asked to see their polices and was told they could not show me that information and told me that 1099 income is not a viable income, they also let me set my payment options up as weekly and then told me I could only pay monthly, highly recommend aarons over whatever this place is

This place is terrible. if I could I would give them a 0. The manager ( Dana)/Danna didn’t know how to do her job .. she was supposed to put me on auto-pay.. she didn’t know how to do that ..because when my payment was due on 9/9/23 my payment was still on my card .. 9/11/23 she calls in told me I was late on my payment ..
