Don’t rent from these thieves! Ordered a chair online approved. I call the manager after 2 weeks of no answer on this chair and she says I’ll call you back. It’s been 2 weeks! Still nothing. When I called customer service they told me they can’t refund my 12.99 for benefits plus cause my account is closed? I never closed my account and why am I paying for something I never received? Your worker, Dana, at the Glendale Avenue Store in Toledo OH has been incredibly rude. She arranged a delivery for us a week ago,, and then called today to tell us that our story did not add up about renting, and dismissed any attempts I made to even try to explain anything. Now she will not answer the store phone and I have already made payments on the refrigerator. Incredibly unprofessional
This place is terrible. if I could I would give them a 0. The manager ( Dana)/Danna didn’t know how to do her job .. she was supposed to put me on auto-pay.. she didn’t know how to do that ..because when my payment was due on 9/9/23 my payment was still on my card .. 9/11/23 she calls in told me I was late on my payment .. Rough start but very good people! Had ordered furniture. They had an issue getting it loaded and it broke before they left. They gave me my money back and they offered me furniture till they could get a new one delivered. About 2 weeks later. Then they gave me multiple payments on it which more than justified the inconvenience. They ended up getting me the furniture I ordered and I’ve loved it everyday since. Thank you rent-a-center for the customer service!! Legendary by my book!!
