I had a great experience with Rent-A-Center. The staff at the store treated me really well and were very professional. I went to the store in person, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The delivery was super fast, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
I stopped by this Rent-A-Center earlier today and had a really disappointing experience. The staff was openly rude and even told me I wasn’t a “whole customer” because I had rented from a different Rent-A-Center location in the past, not theirs. The way they said it made me feel like they didn’t want my business at all. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a traveling worker I sometimes do not get around to paying bills on time until I arrive back to home base. Today, this location decided to send me a text message after 1 missed call that read verbatim “ why is your account always late ?” Notice the lack of capital letters, the missed greeting, and proper placement of punctuation.
