Incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and could answer any question I had definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!
Well it might have taken a little over two months, but finally got the cord to my chair for my evening massage. Now there isn't a night I don't come home and pass out in my chair. Thank you Rent A Center, and Blaine for all your persistence and Hard work and effort to get all the parts to my products I needed. Your awesome.

I definitely want to leave no stars!! My mom has been waiting almost a week for a dryer delivery. My mom has a existing account so adding a dryer shouldn't have been such a hassle. Unfortunately her payment was taken paying monthly and the dryer never came last Wednesday. She called wondering what happened to the delivery she was then told she needed to sign paperwork before the delivery was made as that's why it didn't come. I'd give zero stars if optional. They removed items from my home due to being 10days late on payment, when items were returned one was broken and another won't even come on and I'm told that I have to return all items if not paying for broke items. They asked how the items got broke because they worked in store. Which Brandy went on to say they wasn't broke here because when they were picked up they were strapped and when arrived at the store they were wrapped and put in the back of the store.
