Received an email about a Customer Appreciation Day. The email sounded EXTREMELY encouraging and enthusiastic. The email stated that customers should call and let them know you’ll be there. I did that. It was from 4-6pm, came around 445, it looked DEAD. Went to run an errand and came back a little after 5, still no signs of anyone coming nor was the store decorated or inviting to let people know they were having an event. Two young men that came out took there time explained everything and asked if we have any questions and got straight to the job afterwards. The job wasn't easy they went from front door to back door back to front because one of the couches wouldn't fit. They didnt complain or anything. They make a great team and very professional. I am so thankful. My husband and kids love their professionalism as well. Thanks for helping us. Joe answered my call. The lady in the background had the worst attitude. I was trying to get 2 twin mattresses for a bunk bed. She said we don't sell those separately. I was trying to tell him I seen twin mattresses online for a certain price and she kept saying something in the background. Needless to say I'm calling someone else. Not getting my business.
They said they would work with me and was gonna help me keep my couch since I had covid and check was short but then they went back on their word and came and got the furniture. Lied and said they haven’t spoken to me in 31 days which I have spoken to them every week for 3 weeks told them I was trying to get the money.
