Order washer and dryer November 20. Was told to wait for 2wks after we already had a delivery date. Waited 2wks to get the items and was told corporate canceled the order. The manger canceled the order because i called to see when was it going to get delived
The store needs new management and employees. Jasmine takes forever to review your information. Please don’t go to this location. Bad business!!!
I entered an agreement that had a 5 cent down payment and then it would be delivered and my next payment would come out at the regular rate. The store is arguing with me even when I have the contract information in my email and on my account! If you are one of the literal THOUSANDS of people in Memphis who work for Amazon...go to Aaron's. Because Amazon uses verification letters for proof of employment instead of a phone number they can call...these clowns will deny you. Was flat out told they deny all Amazon workers. Went to Aaron's and got what I needed way cheaper and with zero problems.
