Unprofessional. They had me wait for a delivery for two days taking time off work to wait for delivery that never came ,cause they claim it was a conflict of interest with someone I barely no . On top of that they even call to say my stuff won’t get delivered I had to call them to get an answer. Very unprofessional . Never again

It was absolutely HORRIBLE! Aaron, the “manager” and his teammate Rayna were rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely lacked empathy. I went to the store at 901 N. Broad St. in Philadelphia, PA as I needed a bed temporarily for an elderly house guest. The bed was scheduled to be delivered yesterday between 3pm and 5pm. So I would like to share that I have been dealing with this place for probably over 3 1/2 years or more I would’ve never ever thought I would purchase Furniture from this place !however my son had back surgery and we went to three different places looking for furniture, and he only found the set of furniture at rent a center for his back that would make him feel very comfortable It was like heaven to him. The fact that I’ve been tryna order from this store for over 2 months now is absolutely insane. The customer service is ghetto. Even had my landlord complain about “ghetto customer service”. My order was not processed multiple times. Then a girl that seemed really sweet found a couch for me she said she would get herself, after the first two orders weren’t processed …I go to the store and the back is broken.
