Let me be very clear — Rent-A-Center is on a fast track to losing business, and experiences like mine are exactly why. I called in with my third payment ready, and the manager flat-out refused to take it over the phone. That’s right — I had the money, and he chose to push for a pickup instead. Absolutely NOT! So I just surrendered a dinette set after getting an unfortunate front door visit to my residence from the manager of this store after having a dinette set for 8 days. Absolutely unacceptable! I thought it would be a great idea to furnish the home slowly using the 90 days same as cash option at RAC. They had wait I needed but I could only get one I was looking for a couch that turn into a bed they had one but then I saw the dresser and I needed that more then anything I was surprise to get on Monday I the guys just leave it in the hall way cause I had to more things out of the way ,it looks beautiful in my room and I have more drawers space thanks so much am happy customer
