Bridgeport rentacenter has always showed me compassion I fallen short on payments after my husband died in July 2023 Dave the manager is always been very helpful to me I just purchased a new living room set and delivery men where very nice ..
Always been a pleasant experience. Great service. Staff is not only helpful. They are also knowledgeable and will go above and beyond.
Had a terrible experience with them last year. I had fallen behind on a payment and I couldn’t pay so the manager warned me he would come get it, I said that’s fine but me and my family all had Covid at the time including my 1 year old who was very sick. He stated he didn’t care and would come get it. My husband had to talk to him Because he was very rude to me. Needless to say I won’t be back at this store. Clarksburg's is better.
The manager Dave is absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Highly suggest you find somewhere else to do business!!
