I’m still in shock and utterly disgusted with how I was treated. It’s one thing if I was rude to start but I wasn’t and right from the beginning the staff member came off as if he had an issue with me. He looked right past me when I entered the store then proceeded to walk past me and not even say hello. I let it go and proceeded to walk towards the counter. People that work there are happy to set up a contract with you, but if anything happens like your paycheck gets delayed for ANY reason your told, YOUR ALREADY IN DEFAULT IF YOU DONT PAY BY FRIDAY SATURDAY WE WILL COME AND PICK UP EVERYTHING WITH A TRUCK AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!!!! I'd say save your money and go to a nice furniture store and buy it all the same day!!! Trust me you will save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches plus they will never refund your money!!!!!!

I had the BEST experience with Crystal. I was unsure of going this route but after calling her center by mistake, I was won over by how she was doing the most for me to give them a shot. I am 💯 pleased that I did. She went above and beyond for me understood what I needed and made it happen. I walked out of there with a Kitchen Table and a Couch. Thank You Crystal for all your help. Best Customer Service EVER!!!

Worked w/ the guys to get the bed in a timely manner. Bed fit perfectly and my guests were pleased.
