Great when purchasing items great discounts great value in the items but T E R R I B L E when you can’t afford things and instead of not paying them you try to return them and they give you HELL and lie to you about coming to get the 50 pound items and just are terrible with the communication and helping you with reasonable needs.

I give the staff there a 10 for how professional and helpful they all are. There rates are very affordable also. Nice furniture and they can get you almost anything quick. Thanks guys for everything.

Had to sit behind one of their drivers intentionally doing 10 under the speed limit from great bend to watertown. He had dozens of cars get stuck behind him. When vehicles get stacked like that, accidents are FAR more likely. Not only do people have places to be, but it's entirely unsafe to do that. Hire better drivers, or train yours better.

I have watched so much for Rent-A-Center. I bought TVs. I bought deep freezers. I bought jewelry. I bought living room set side bought bedroom set side bought dining room set side bought China cabinets I bought I bought at one time my entire house came from the center because I know I had the best furniture in there was I have bought from them for 40 years as long as you pay your bill but pay your bill before it’s time to pay it off you win just got to say $25 a week. Joe and Dennis brought my replacement fridge today. They were awesome and very professional. I have a very old house with smaller doorways and they made it work to get my fridge inside and in the right spot. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for everything you did for me today.
