Just had a washer delivered to my house. It was scheduled for between 10-12 and they arrived a little after 10 :) They were quick, efficient, friendly and professional. All the qualities you'd want in people delivering important items to your home :) Thank you Amos and Travis for your outstanding service. 👍
My experience at this location is always amazing! The manager, Brian and his staff are great-friendly people whom I always enjoy talking with & doing business with. I always return for the mere fact that they are so wonderful and also understand life happens and are always willing to work with you. I love my local RAC! :)
Absolutely love the guys at rent a center! They have always taken great care of me made sure i was happy at all times. They have been more then understanding, caring, compassionate, and helpful when life through us curve balls. They have take great care of my aunt ans uncle also! Would recommend any and everyone to go to the franklin In location!
I have been with this location for 12 years , they all have the best attitudes extremely friendly and helpful with many many things. The store manager Brian is very understanding he goes above and beyond his job duties to help his customers. Mike has been there for as long as I can remember being with them and he as well goes above and beyond his job duties to help his customers.
