HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When the guy came to pick up my washer and dryer not only did he flood my laundry room AND DIDNT FEEL THE NEED TO TELL ME, he broke my hot water valve and also didn’t tell me. Will never ever ever rent from them EVER again.
