I am genuinely baffled by the level of incompetence and lack of communication/knowledge at this company. I attempted to rent a couch and ran into an issue that no one, despite speaking with numerous representatives, was able or willing to resolve. No one seemed to know what they were doing, there was zero follow up, and phones and emails were completely ignored after multiple attempts at scheduling a delivery. This has been, without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this store! This is my first time renting and the online process was initially smooth. I was contacted by Yvonne the same day to complete the process and sign the contract which I did, as well as provide the necessary documentation and references as requested. This was all completed on Thursday, my delivery was scheduled for Monday. Got denied for a Playstation cuz I refuse to pay an extra hundred dollars, and I do not have for references. It was agreed upon two different times that I would get a refund, and yet I'm still receiving emails that I owe payment on stuff that I was denied for. It's giving scam, it's definitely getting fraud. I just want my money back
