The best hands down been with them 10 years plus thank y'all for everything.
The people at the store are rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this store . They lie and give me the runaround for over 2 weeks. Don’t waste your time or money here. Why can’t I leave a no star rating? They don’t deserve even a 1.
Paid for products that didn't do what they was supposed to do. Return product for 2 months got nothing established but a there's nothing I can do. Very disappointed customers of 18 months. I feel like I waisted $800+ on nothing speaker don't do half the stuff it's supposed to do.
I'm very pleased with all the nice things they've done to work with me during hard times to keep everything going and would recommend them to anyone !
So my husband and I have used Rent a Center in Oakwood Shopping Center for the last 3 years as a means to purchase things for our home on a budget. We have purchased a few items through them and had a washer/dryer combo and stove since August of 2018. I missed a payment last week and couldn't pay until the following Tuesday.
