I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. I bought a washer and dryer set on Memorial Day, which everything was half price, a sell that they were running. I was told it was going to be a new washer and dryer set. Along with their computer system was down so they couldn't give me a copy of my contract. So all the documents I did was done on my phone prior to getting there. I have been trying to get my cushions replaced on my sectional. I contacted them 3 months ago to start this process. I have spoken Brandon, Ashley, Christine (DM) until today I spoke Terri who is filling in as manager. I am actually looking at 6 months ago. I have 4 accounts with them. Very informal business practices and when you receive items you need to test or examine it because you will get the base minimum with no boxes or fanfare so just be prepared for the prices and if you can make payments. It's a decent credit free option.
Steven the store manager is Amazing!!!! He knows how to treat his customers great customer service!!!! He went above and beyond for me and his help was Greatly apperciated!!!!!!!!!!!
