The store schedule my delivery after taking my money. Then tells me I need to make an additional payment before delivery can be carried out. No communication. Unprofessional staff.
I got a mattress set out up. It was not balanced correctly. Call the store told me some one would come fix it. That was 3 days ago, know one came. I recommend that no one should get a bed set. Customer service is false information. Either they fix my set or I'm giving products back

Wow! Where do I even begin? The campbellton rd location was the worst experience ever. From the time I walked in this location it was pure evil by the sales manager (big girl with dreadlocks). I prequalified and did everything online so at the store all I had to do was verify my documents. The manager told me my child support income wasn’t accepted, even tho it was court ordered. I even ask her can I pull up my bank statements to show child support coming in. She denied my request! So I showed proof of employment via accepta... read more
