The store schedule my delivery after taking my money. Then tells me I need to make an additional payment before delivery can be carried out. No communication. Unprofessional staff.
I got a mattress set out up. It was not balanced correctly. Call the store told me some one would come fix it. That was 3 days ago, know one came. I recommend that no one should get a bed set. Customer service is false information. Either they fix my set or I'm giving products back

Wow! Where do I even begin? The campbellton rd location was the worst experience ever. From the time I walked in this location it was pure evil by the sales manager (big girl with dreadlocks). I prequalified and did everything online so at the store all I had to do was verify my documents. The manager told me my child support income wasn’t accepted, even tho it was court ordered. Not worth the headache. They will hassle call all day in night show up to your house charge your card 10 times till it locks up. Worst decision I made. It’s probably illegal the harassment calls and pop ups to your house like it they stuff. Really bad customer service and bad business. I could have paid it off today but I will return and buy new things. Not worth giving them another dollar I worked hard for.
