THE WORST RENT A CENTER LOCATION IVE EVER DEALT WITH.VERY UNORGANIZED NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY.I’ve been trying to place an order at this location since November 30,2025. Do not recommend doing business with them. I applied and got approved for something that seemed an easy process. I called to ensure that my delivery was set after filling out all of the paperwork online, they kept asking for documents even though I called and send them everything they asked for they kept asking for more. I decided cancel my order and will not be shopping with them.
Ever since I had small children back in 1979 I believe you all were around but I really did start renting until I was able to and had a job and the customer service is awesome the people when I come into the store they're always kind and always wanted to help so that's why I was coming back I'm on a budget still but you are number one and top priority in my book I don't care what other people say the people at the store in Indiana and in Chicago are wonderful 💜🙏
