I used to have a good experience there Until recently. This store now sends people to houses trying to intimidate and harass them. I have a payoff of $160 and two men are pounding on my door for about 40 minutes while I’m not home. My daughter is home with a babysitter. They always get their money. I have bought many things from rent a center and not just at this store. I called the store and told them to have them leave because they’re scaring my child and babysitter with the pounding on my door and two grown men outside.... read more

The managers at this store are so unprofessional, came in to this horrible place to do good business and just got scammed TWICE!!!!!! they’re so horrible I’ll never ever recommend them to anyone STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. Have never had worse customer service in my life. We ended up at this location because our sofa broke and it was right near Christmas. They were the ONLY place we could get a delivery in 2 days. Based on how the employees act Im not sure we are the normal clientele. Do not deal with the manager Kim Singleton. She lies.
